I am a practicing lawyer who specialises in the niche field of surrogacy law. I studied later in life after spending many years working hard but building a passion to become a legal professional. I persuaded the university to accept me via a somewhat unconventional pathway, and graduted with a Bachelor of Laws in 2016. I have a few interest areas, but surrogacy law is where my passion lies, as I have a special connection.

I’ve been part of the Australian Surrogacy Community for many years having had the privilege of carrying two beautiful little girls for their parents in 2018 and 2021.

I pride myself on having unique insight into the intricacies of surrogacy in conjunction with the law and use this experience and knowledge in advising my clients.

I have a no fuss, yet thorough approach. I will assist you in navigating the legal requirements of a surrogacy agreement and surrogacy process whether you are a surrogate or intended parent/s.

I can provide practical information regarding fertility clinics, medical providers, your rights, other experienced surrogacy lawyers, counsellors and general information to assist your team.

Parentage Orders are the final piece in a surrogacy puzzle! I can assist you in completing and filing the application on your behalf, or guide you through the process.
